This state primary school needed more space and initially asked for a single storey, rather utilitarian, extension due to ever present budget constraints.
We felt the pupils and staff deserved a better solution to provide for the future, so worked with the leadership team to secure additional funding to build a two storey unit giving the most value for money. The end product provided vital assembly space and music rooms clad in western red cedar and completed in time and within budget.
