This was a small semi-detached house built in 1920s with a 70’s rear extension with tiny rooms, a downstairs bathroom, a steep staircase and lack of natural light. We gained planning permission for a new double story extension and a dormer extension to the attic. We turned the 2 bedroom property into a 4 bedroomed light filled house with 2 bathrooms and spacious kitchen and dining/living rooms. Large sliding doors look out onto the redesigned garden and new studio.
